At its July 22 meeting, the Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals:

Babylon: Granted Richard and Mindy Renner permission to retain

a rear bi-level deck with stairs, with condition that it not be enclosed, and granted a hot tub and shed

with insufficient building area and distance to east lot line, south side of West Jackson Avenue, west of Mayhew Avenue.

Deer Park: Granted Mary G. Boussios permission to retain a one-family dwelling and a one-car detached garage with insufficient width at front street line and front-yard setback with roof overhang and stoop encroachment and distance to rear lot line and east-side lot line, northwest corner of Oak Street and Deer Park Avenue.

North Babylon: Granted Ana Diers permission to retain a side addition with insufficient south side yard with roof overhang encroachment, east side of Empire Avenue, north of Barnum Street.
