The board will consider:

Copiague: Danny's Auto Body, Inc. (tenant)/Shellman Homes Inc. (property owner), seek the renewal of a special-exception permit to conduct a public garage as an auto body repair shop in connection with an existing building - previously approved for one year - southwest corner of Akron Street and Strongs Avenue.

Deer Park: Olympic Enterprises LLC, dba Millennium Custom Auto (tenant)/Nucap II LLC (property owner), seek a special-exception permit to conduct a public garage as an auto body repair shop; for outdoor storage of vehicles waiting for repair as per site plan (not permitted) in connection with an existing building - previously approved for three years with condition - west side of Brook Avenue, north of Bay Shore Road.

Deer Park: Timothy Donato seeks to retain a shed with insufficient distance to rear lot line, west side of West Second Street, north of Fairview Avenue.

West Babylon: Andrew Popkin seeks to retain a second-story rear deck with stairs and a basement entrance with insufficient rear-yard setback, southeast corner of 14th Street and Second Avenue.

West Babylon: East End Leasing Corp., dba Steve's Custom 7 Collision, Inc., seeks a special-

exception permit to maintain a public garage as an auto body repair and paint shop; to increase total building area; diminish lot area and width of street frontage, diminish front-yard setback, side yard and rear-yard setback and diminish off-street parking from six spaces required to two.
