ACTIONS

At its Sept. 2 meeting, the Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals:

Copiague: Granted Anthony LaPlaca permission to build a front porch, second-story addition and a two-car attached garage with conditions that there be no second-story deck in south side yard; no enclosure of front porch; no commercial vehicles stored in garage and no hydraulic lift in garage, west side of West Drive.

Copiague: Granted Stanislaw and Teresa Swieboda permission build a second-story addition and retain a shed with condition that there be no second-story deck, no outside stairs to second story and no side yard decks, south side of Ferndale Court.

Deer Park: Granted Carlos M. Pasco permission to build a second-story addition with condition that there be no second-story deck in rear yard; no outdoor stairs to second-story; no outdoor basement entrances and no enclosed front porch, northwest corner of Lindquist and Dahlia lanes.

North Babylon: Granted William Danisch permission to increase garage area for a one-car garage, south side of Henry Avenue.

West Babylon: Granted James Ballone permission to retain a shed with condition that it be in conforming location, south side of Glendale Road.

Wheatley Heights: Granted Budget Estates Inc. permission to build a one-family dwelling with front porch with insufficient width at front-street line, lot area and side yards with roof overhang, stoop and chimney encroachment, east side of North 25th Street.
