Farmingdale: Marc Grieco seeks to retain a two-car detached garage with insufficient height of garage door, west side of North Monroe Avenue, north of Spiegelhagen Street.

Farmingdale: Tryphon Tryphonos seeks to retain an addition to a detached garage and rear-covered patio with insufficient rear-yard setback, distance to rear and north side lot lines and increase total garage area, east side of Secatogue Avenue.
