Amityville: Willie and Monica Lawrence seek to build a two-car detached garage to replace the existing detached garage damaged by fire, with insufficient distance to south-side yard lot line with roof overhang, and increase door height, west side of Rosewood Avenue, south of Harrison Avenue.
Deer Park: Shima and Syed Rahman seek to retain a shed and above-ground pool with insufficient distance to lot lines, west side of East Seventh Street, south of Grand Blvd.
North Babylon: Howells Road Automotive Corp. / Anthony Fiore seek to renew a permit to conduct a public garage as an auto repair shop in connection with an existing building, northwest corner of Deer Park Avenue and Woods Road.
West Babylon: Anthony Burnett seeks to retain a second-story rear deck with stairs with insufficient west-side yard and rear-yard setback, south side of Montgomery Avenue, west of Farragut Road.
Wheatley Heights: Ebun Senbanjo / Bright Start Early Childhood Program, Inc. (tenant) / Wheatley Heights Associates LLC seeks a special-exception permit to maintain a day care center in connection with a portion of an existing building (previously approved for one year), south side of Colonial Springs Road, west of Nicoll's Road.
