Lindenhurst: Wing Chan seeks permission to build a second-story addition and retain a front porch, side addition and a shed with insufficient front-yard setback, north side yard and total side yards with roof overhang, stoop and chimney encroachments, and distance to rear lot line and south side lot line, east side of North Erie Avenue, south of Sunrise Highway.

Lindenhurst: Michael Tatem seeks permission for outdoor storage of boats and trailers as per site plan (not permitted) in connection with an existing vacant lot, south side of Montauk Highway, west of Mirimar Boulevard.

North Babylon: John Drineas seeks permission to retain an enclosed gazebo with insufficient building area, east side of Durhamac Lane, north of Colfax Lane.
