At its June 23 meeting, the zoning board:
Farmingville: Granted Betty Heller permission for existing in-ground swimming pool located less than the required 25-feet from overhead electrical wires (12-feet side - 12-feet rear) not built in conformance with permit Ⴖ2590, northwest corner of Gaymor Lane and South Howell Avenue.
Holbrook: Granted Paul B. Wolf a front-yard setback variance for proposed roofed over porch, west side of Knickerbocker Avenue, north of Union Avenue.
Holbrook: Granted Edward Zbytniewski a front-yard setback variance for proposed roofed-over porch exceeding 4-feet-by-8-feet permitted (7-feet-by-7-feet), east side of Avenue B, north of Fifth Street.
