At its June 23 meeting, the zoning board:
Calverton: Granted Paul W. Stiedl, Jr. a height variance for proposed 6-foot high fence in front yard, running along the north, south and west property lines, south side of Robins Circle, south of River Road.
Centereach: Granted Cetta Mastronardi a rear-yard variance for existing cabana, north side of Ringo Road, west of Kennedy Road.
Centereach: Granted Deborah O'Connell a front-yard setback from East Kennedy Drive and rear-yard variances for existing detached shed located in front yard; side-yard variances for existing first-story and second-story deck with steps; also, a height variance for existing 6-foot high fence located in the front yard along property line (East Kennedy Drive), northeast corner of Donwood Avenue and East Kennedy Drive.
Ridge: Granted Whitford Development, Inc. a total side-yard variance for proposed one-family dwelling, east side of Hillcrest Lane, south of Scenic Hills Drive.

Yaphank: Granted Vaz, Inc. a front-yard setback variance from Kingston Avenue for proposed multitenant industrial building, southwest corner of Kingston Avenue (not open) and Zorn Boulevard.
