At its March 10 meeting, the board:
Center Moriches: Granted John Schumschec relief of Chapter 33-5 (C) (1)(a) for proposed alterations / improvements (second-story addition and front porch) to existing one-family dwelling not elevated to at least 2 feet above base flood elevation (9 feet required - 8.7 feet and 4 feet provided), south side of Carriage Lane, east of Mallard Drive.
Cherry Grove: Granted Charles Isola and Daniel Clancy minimum and total side-yard variances for existing deck, east side of West Walk, south of Bay View Walk.
East Patchogue: Granted Kevin and Mary Gerard a front-yard setback variance for existing deck with steps exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (10 feet by 25 feet), east side of Knot Street, north of Reilly Drive.
