At its May 5 meeting, the zoning board:
East Patchogue: Granted John LaBarca a rear-yard variance for existing attached garage with living space above, west side of Walker Avenue, north of Erving Avenue.
East Patchogue: Granted Jane Cole Sellman permission for existing finished basement on a 50-foot lot, east side of Amsterdam Avenue, north of Atlantic Avenue.
East Setauket: Granted Lynn Burger a side-yard variance for existing in-ground swimming pool not built in conformance with permit 298345, southeast corner of Daremy Lane and Scholar Place.
Farmingville: Granted Ken Sorrell a rear-yard variance for proposed one-family dwelling;
also, a height variance for proposed 6-foot high fence located in the front yard, north side of Portion Road, east of Morris Avenue.
