Blue Point: Granted Lisa Vahey permission for existing one-story residence addition (conversion of garage to living space), west side of Dena Drive, north of Corkey Court.
Centereach: Granted Marc Canada rear-yard and minimum side-yard variances for proposed one-story residence addition; front-yard setback from Hawkins Road and rear-yard variances for existing in-ground swimming pool and deck around pool; also, a height variance for existing 6-foot high fence located in front yard (Hawkins Road), southwest corner of Hawkins Road and Eisenhower Road.
