At its July 14 meeting, the board:

Centereach: Granted Ellen Goldberg a rear-yard variance for existing one-story residence addition (enclosed porch), south side of Avondale Drive, north of Alden Lane.

Center Moriches: Granted Philip and Kerry Pecorino a rear-yard variance for existing one-story residence addition, east side of Old Neck Road, north of Twin Pine Lane.

Farmingville: Granted Kurt Sayar a rear-yard variance for proposed second-story residence addition, north side of Grendon Lane, east of Gaymor Lane.

Medford: Granted Georgia Davies a front-yard setback variance from Maple Street for existing enclosed porch, southeast corner of Southaven Avenue and Maple Street.
