East Patchogue: Granted Eric Walker a side-yard variance for existing above-ground swimming pool with metal deck, east side of Camille Lane, north of Derry Street.

Sound Beach: Granted Frank DiPaolo a front-yard setback variance for proposed roofed-over porch exceeding 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (16 feet by 45 feet irregular), east side of Beacon Drive, south of Greenlawn Road.

South Setauket: Granted Brian Dealmeida a front-yard setback variance for proposed one-story residence addition, south side Tracker Lane, west of Fawn Lane East.

At its Feb. 3 meeting, the board:

Center Moriches: Granted John and Kathleen Schultz front-yard setback variances for existing one-story residence addition, deck and detached shed; a rear-yard variance for (second) existing one-story residence addition not built in conformance with permit No. 202917; also, a side-yard variance for (second) existing detached shed, south side of Red Bridge Road, east of Ocean Avenue.

Sound Beach: Granted Jennifer Ordmandy a front-yard setback variance from Millers Road for existing roofed-over porch exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (5.1 feet by 18.7 feet); also,

a height variance for existing 6-foot high fence in the front yard along property line (High Hill), northwest corner of Millers Road and High Hill.
