East Moriches: Mark Baisch requests front-yard setback variance for proposed one-family dwelling (foundation not built in conformance with permit 10B63065), west side of Terryann Court, north of Harts Road.
East Setauket: Christian Gerard requests a certificate of existing use for two-family dwelling, west side
of Caroline Avenue, north of Dyke Road.
Mastic: William Dovale requests division of a parcel into two plots, A & B, required lot area, lot frontage, front-yard setback and minimum and total side-yard variances for proposed one-family dwelling on plot A, east side of Robinwood Street,
south of Somerset Avenue.
Medford: John Benzie requests
