a side-yard variance for existing deck, southwest corner of Carol Place and Woodland Avenue.
Centereach: Granted Christopher Wern a front-yard setback, minimum and total side-yard variances for existing covered porch exceeding 4 feet by 8 feet permitted
(6.2 feet by 28.25 feet), east side of Wagon Lane, south of Wagon Lane.
