Mastic Beach: Granted Claudia Vazquez a front-yard setback variance from Monroe Drive for existing front-porch exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (5.4 feet by 20.2 feet) located in front yard, northwest corner of Cedar Road and Monroe Drive.
Port Jefferson Station: Granted Jeffrey S.
