At its Dec. 2 meeting, the board:

Center Moriches: Granted Heather Poach permission for proposed accessory apartment exceeding 650 square feet permitted (1,030 square feet), west side of North Ocean Avenue, south of Hamilton Street.

Center Moriches: Granted Heather Poach a side-yard variance for proposed two-story residence (subject to one front door only); also, front-yard setback, minimum and total side-yard variances for existing roofed-over porch exceeding 4 feet by 8 feet permitted

(6.3 feet by 30.2 feet), west side

of North Ocean Avenue, south of Hamilton Street.

East Setauket: Granted Joseph and Laura Rotondi a front-yard setback variance from Pleasant Drive for existing detached shed located in front yard, northwest corner of Pleasant Drive and Buckingham Meadow Road.

Holbrook: Granted Francis Bocain a front-yard setback

variance for existing entry deck exceeding 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (6 feet by 16 feet), north side of David Street, east of Ackerly Lane.

Port Jefferson Station: Granted (subject to the filing of accessory apartment permit) Mohammed Hussain a rear-yard variance for existing enclosed patio, west side of Jayne Boulevard, south of Susan Road.
