Centereach: Granted Joel Leekin a front-yard setback variance for proposed roofed-over porch exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (6 feet by 15 feet),
south side of Park Street, east of Smith Lane.
Coram: Granted Julio Villamar rear-yard and side-yard variances for existing in-ground swimming pool not built in conformance with permit No. 08B48124, south side of Yellowstone Court, west of Sequoia Drive.
Miller Place: Granted Stephen Post a front-yard setback variance for proposed roofed-over porch exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (5 feet by 8 feet); also, a rear-yard variance for proposed one-story residence addition, west side of Parkside Avenue, north of Crown Street.
