At its July 21 meeting, the board:

Holbrook: Granted Elmer and Patrick Fogarty a certificate of existing use for public garage / auto repair, northeast corner of Portion and Horseblock roads.

Holtsville: Granted Anthony Loehr a total side-yard variance for proposed one-story residence addition on a 50-foot lot, north side of Blossom Avenue, west of Woodycrest Drive.

Holtsville: Granted Robert A. Machado, Jr., a height variance for existing 4-foot fence on top of retaining wall (total height 6-feet, 3-inches) in front-yard and 6-foot fence on top of retaining wall in rear-yard (total height 8-feet, 4-inches) located in the required 30-feet radius of the apex of intersection, southwest corner of Arianne Way and Broadway.

Lake Ronkonkoma: Granted Robert Golini a rear-yard variance for existing screened wood deck, southwest corner of Offenback Street (not open) and Park Avenue.

Mastic: Granted Vincent Magro a front-yard setback from Ann Road and a rear-yard variance for proposed one-story residence addition (foundation exists); front-yard setback from Magnolia Drive for existing wood walk; also, a rear-yard variance for existing cellar entrance exceeding 5-foot permitted encroachment (6 feet), northwest corner of Ann Road and Magnolia Drive.

Miller Place: Granted Alice Fletcher a front-yard setback variance for existing partially roofed-over deck exceeding the

4 feet by 8 feet permitted (10 feet by 20.5-feet), east side of Radio Avenue, south of Route 25.

Miller Place: Granted Elaine Perez permission for existing finished basement on a 50-foot lot, west side of Harrison Avenue, south of 12th Street.
