Centenarian: Anthony Robert Morace

Anthony Robert (Bob) Morace was born March 29, 1911, and is one of five children (three are now deceased) born to Angela and Eugene Morace. A brother, Freddy, is 95 and lives in Freehold, N.J. Anthony married Josephine Sturiale on Aug. 5, 1939, and they had two children -- Eugene and Robert. Anthony enjoyed baking Italian cookies. He worked for Grumman until his retirement in 1977 at 66 years old. He has five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Anthony enjoys reading and lives with his wife in Bethpage.
