Centenarian: Filomena Guadalupi

Filomena Guadalupi was born on May 27, 1913, to Emilia Aquila and Gennaro Basile. She married Volturno Guadalupi in 1932 and had five children. She also has 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. While raising a family, she managed real estate in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, where she was born and raised. Filomena enjoys anything Italian and sharing memories of her many trips to Italy. She loves to serenade family with her favorite Neapolitan songs. She celebrated with a party at Pompeii Caterers in West Hempstead with family and friends. She lives in Long Beach with her daughter.
