Centenarian: Mae McNerney
Mae McNerney was born Feb. 16, 1913, and grew up in Brooklyn. She married Albert Lester and had four children -- Patricia Ann, Barbara Ann, Judith Marie and John Edward. She also has 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Mae lives at Atria Tanglewood in Lynbrook, where she enjoys reading, doing crossword puzzles and word games, arts and crafts, dancing, music, and going to the movies. She celebrated her birthday with family and friends at Atria.
