Michael Massari, born May 5, 1910, in New Haven, Conn., is the second oldest of 11 children. Five siblings are now deceased. He worked as a house painter. Michael is an ardent Yankee fan and enjoys watching baseball games on television. He was married to Margaret for 62 years. After being widowed he moved to Woodmere Rehabilitation and Health Care Center where he enjoys music, activities, sports and visits from his six children. He celebrated his birthday there with family, staff and residents. He has 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
