An unknown driver of a white van allegedly struck a dog on Warner Drive May 4. The animal sustained a laceration to a front paw.

Center Moriches

A window at Instyle Barber Shop and Beauty Salon on Montauk Highway was broken May 2.

Glass on the front door of Michelangelo's Restaurant on Montauk Highway was broken May 2.

East Hampton

A Tarrytown man, 44, was arrested May 5 at the intersection of Woods and Toilsome lanes and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of driving across a hazard marking.

Two outdoor wireless lighting fixtures and shades were stolen from a Main Street location on May 3.

An East Hampton woman, 53, was arrested May 5 and charged with petty larceny for allegedly stealing a clutch and wallet, valued at $550, from the Tory Burch store on Newtown Lane.

A complaint was reported May 4 of an unknown female riding a moped on sidewalk on Main Street.

East Moriches

Copper gutters were stolen from a Cross Street house May 3.

East Quogue

An East Quogue man, 38, was arrested May 3 on Lewis Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Hampton Bays

After a months-long police investigation, a Mastic man, 26, was arrested May 8 and charged with selling heroin.

A man, 50, was arrested May 8 at King Kullen and charged with disorderly conduct. He is accused of refusing to leave the store and shouting profanities as police escorted him from the store.

Jamesport

A potted plant was thrown at a door and a screen window was damaged at Motel on the Bay on Front Street May 8.

Manorville

A rear window was smashed on a vehicle parked in a Barbara Ann Street driveway May 4.

Mastic Beach

The valve stem was removed from the tire of a car on Spar Drive May 3.

North Bellport

A door of a Hampton Avenue house was kicked in May 8.

Ridge

A television, a DVD player, food and clothing were stolen from a Pioneer Court house May 3.

Riverhead

About $700 worth of bras was stolen from Victoria's Secret on West Main Street on May 8.

A window at an Union Avenue residence and two windows on a vehicle parked there were damaged May 8.

About 24 wallets valued at $2,752 and 17 wristlets valued at $417 were stolen from Dooney & Bourke on West Main Street May 7.

Two unknown men stole 26 shirts valued at about $1,300 from Lacoste on West Main Street on May 7.

Two men stole underwear valued at about $7,000 from Calvin Klein on West Main Street May 6.

Riverside

A Calverton man, 62, was arrested May 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated following a police investigation after he was stopped on CR 94 for a traffic infraction.

Sag Harbor

A Brooklyn man, 31, was arrested May 8 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle following a police investigation after he was stopped on Main Street for allegedly making an illegal turn.

Shirley

A television and Xbox game system were stolen from a Livingston Drive home May 2. Entry was gained by removing a bedroom window screen.

Wading River

Toilet paper was strewn by unknown persons in trees and across the lawn of a Canterbury Court residence May 8.

A disabled vessel was beached near Creek Road on May 8.

A cement block was thrown through the front glass door of My Butcher on Route 25A May 2, causing $400 damage. Entry was not made into the building.

Downed live wires caused a small brush fire on North Side Drive on May 2.

Water Mill

A Riverhead woman, 39, was arrested May 5 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident she was allegedly involved in on Montauk Highway in Water Mill. A four-year-old child was also in the vehicle and the woman was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

North Patchogue

A residence on Log Road was burglarized May 5.

Patchogue

A 1993 Honda Civic was stolen from the Long Island Rail Road station May 6.

Port Jefferson Station

An air conditioning unit on the west side of a medical park building on Route 347 was damaged May 3.

Ronkonkoma

A man, 40, was arrested on Croaton Street May 6 and charged with third-

degree criminal mischief. He is charged with shooting a BB gun at a vehicle and breaking the rear window.
