The front passenger window of a vehicle parked on Blake Avenue was discovered smashed April 11. An iPod was removed from the glove compartment.

Aquebogue

A physician's office on Shade Tree Lane was burglarized April 17. Entry was gained through an unlocked window. A Dell laptop computer was stolen.

Baiting Hollow

On April 14, a male individual on Sound Avenue reported receiving a harassing text message from another male individual.

Calverton

Two all-terrain vehicles, two dirt bikes and a jackhammer were stolen from Sky Materials on Middle Country Road April 11.

Illegal dumping of garbage and construction materials on Wading River Manor Road was reported April 16.

Loose horses were reported on Edwards Avenue on April 14.

East Hampton

A counterfeit $20 bill was deposited at Bridgehampton National Bank April 17.

An Apple iPhone 3G valued at $550 was stolen from the Tommy Hilfiger store on Main Street on April 12.

Eastport

Items were discovered stolen from a vehicle on Rafaella Drive April 11.

Jamesport

A male was arrested April 11 at El Caracol Deli on Griffing Avenue and charged with false personation.

Manorville

A dozen trees were dug up and taken from a residential property on Georgann Road April 11.

Medford

On April 12, a trailer door was damaged at Annex Trucking on Horseblock Road during an apparent attempt to pry it open.

Miller Place

A pool filter pump was stolen from a shed at a Redwood Lane house April 11.

Ridge

A cargo trailer was reported stolen April 11 from a house on Setauket Trail.

Riverhead

A structural fire at the town building department facility on Howell Avenue was reported April 16. The fire was extinguished. Its cause is under investigation.

Approximately 70 pairs of pants valued at $5,460 were stolen from American Apparel on West Main Street April 17.

The doors of five gym lockers at Riverhead High School on Harrison Avenue were pried open April 16, and five cell phones and $5 were stolen. The loss was estimated at $905.

Three transducers valued at $35,000 were stolen from Peconic Bay Medical Center on Roanoke Avenue April 14.

A woman, 18, was arrested at police headquarters and charged with identity theft and forgery April 14.

Riverside

A Calverton woman, 39, was arrested April 14 after her vehicle was stopped on Lake Avenue for a traffic infraction and police allegedly found a crack pipe in her possession. She was also charged with driving with a suspended registration.

Sag Harbor

A Southampton woman, 29, was arrested April 16 and charged with false personation. Police said she was stopped on Jermain Avenue on April 13 for failing to obey a stop sign and driving while using a cell phone. She allegedly identified herself to police as another woman, who reported the crime to police on April 15.

A Glen Cove woman, 31, was arrested April 15 in connection with a residential burglary that occurred January 10 on Jermain Avenue. She is accused of stealing jewelry valued at more than $50,000 from the home. Police said most of the jewelry was recovered at a Massapequa residence following a search warrant. She is charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree grand larceny.

Wading River

The Pizza Pie on Sound Road was broken into April 14.

A sign valued at $200 on North Country Road was damaged April 13.

On April 12, an unknown man stole a pocketbook from a woman at Waldbaum's on Old Country Road and fled in a green Chevy pickup truck.

Yaphank

A purebred pit bull puppy was stolen from a residence on Paine Commons on April 12. The puppy was later recovered.

ELSEWHERE

Holtsville

The rear glass door of a residence on Union Avenue was broken April 13. A TV, a laptop and jewelry were reported stolen.

Ronkonkoma

Jewelry was reported missing from the room of a resident at the Lake Shore Adult Home on Lake Shore Road April 12.
