An Xbox video game system was stolen from a residence on Schreiber Place on Feb. 22. Entry was made through an unlocked rear window.
A computer was stolen Feb. 25 from a North William Street residence.
A 1994 Honda Civic, discovered stolen Feb. 27 from Central Avenue, was later recovered in a vehicular accident.
A 1995 Honda Civic was stolen from Wellington Road and Hempstead Turnpike on Feb. 21.
Jewelry was stolen from a residence on Sweetman Avenue on Feb. 23. Entry was made through a side door.
A man driving a Toyota Camry attempted to rob a pedestrian at Dorothy Avenue and L Street on Feb. 22.
A man, armed with a gun, stole $200 from a 7-Eleven on Hempstead Turnpike on Feb. 23.
A TV, phone cards and $1,100 were discovered stolen from La Puerta Bodega on Hempstead Turnpike on Feb. 22. Entry was made through a rear door.
A residence on Frame Street was burglarized Feb. 26. Entry was made through a side basement window. No loss was reported.
A Far Rockaway man, 34, was arrested Feb. 26 at the police department and charged with criminal possession and criminal sale of painkillers.
A Valley Stream man, 48, was arrested Feb. 24 on East Park Avenue and charged with stealing money from a Burger King restaurant.
A 45-year-old Long Beach woman was arrested Feb. 23 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
The front glass door of Michael's Pizzeria on Broadway was discovered broken Feb. 26, and a portable cash box containing $5,000 was stolen.
Jewelry and a laptop computer were stolen from a residence on Norman Street on Feb. 21.
A person in a red minivan used physical force to steal a cell phone from a pedestrian at Arkansas Drive and Putney Road on Feb. 21.
A 2004 Chevy on West Fulton Avenue was discovered stolen Feb. 25.
Copper pipes were discovered stolen from a vacant house on Clare Road on
Feb. 23.
A 1998 Acura was discovered stolen from Goodrich Street on Feb. 23.
A 2000 Honda Civic was discovered stolen from Amsterdam Avenue on Feb. 23.
Radiators and pipes were discovered stolen from a vacant residence on Newton Avenue on Feb. 27.
Valley Stream
A spare tire and rim were stolen from a 2003 Jeep Liberty parked on East Merrick Road on Feb. 23.
A Valley Stream man, 29, was arrested on West Valley Stream Boulevard on Feb. 26 on reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and various drug-related charges. The suspect allegedly fired a 12-gauge shotgun four times in his apartment, damaging a door, wall and cabinets. Upon further investigation, police allegedly discovered marijuana and two vials of pills.
Jewelry was stolen from a residence on Adams Avenue on Feb. 27.
A video camera, a laptop computer and jewelry were stolen from a residence on Center Street on Feb. 22.
A 2005 Cadillac Seville was discovered stolen from Barrington Street on Feb. 23.
ELSEWHERE
Money was stolen from a residence on Arleigh Road on Feb. 22. Entry was made through a smashed rear window.
An Arrow Critical Supply Solutions truck containing an X-ray machine was discovered stolen Feb. 24.
Massapequa
A man was observed hot-wiring a Polaris ATV after climbing the fence of Crazy Freddy's on Sunrise Highway on Feb. 26. As he exited in the vehicle, he struck another ATV and drove through a fence and gate, causing $2,500 in damage.
A GPS unit was discovered stolen Feb. 27 from an unlocked car on Lake Shore Drive.
Merrick
A Rutgers Place residence was burglarized Feb. 26. The basement window was broken into, and jewelry was stolen.
A 17-year-old Levittown boy was arrested Feb. 21 at Wantagh Avenue and Linden Street when he allegedly became combative and refused to be handcuffed following a disturbance call.
