East Meadow
A BB gun and other items were stolen from a Bette Road residence on April 8.
An East Meadow man, 31, was arrested April 5 on Cadillac Drive for allegedly striking another individual in the head with a flashlight.
Freeport
A car on Brooklyn Avenue was broken into on April 8, and a GPS was stolen.
Hicksville
Tires on a vehicle parked on Thorman Avenue were discovered slashed April 9.
Massapequa
A Copiague man, 38, was arrested April 7 on charges of allegedly selling cocaine and heroin on Sunrise Highway.
A Massapequa man, 28, was arrested April 8 on charges of allegedly selling cocaine and heroin.
Four tires and rims were discovered stolen from a 2010 Honda parked in a Seaford Avenue driveway April 8.
A clothing drop box on Merrick Road was discovered stolen April 9. Occupants in a truck are shown taking the box in a surveillance video from a nearby business.
Items were stolen April 9 from three employees' handbags at an animal hospital on Sunrise Highway.
Two Illinois license plates were stolen from a 1994 GMC vehicle parked on Brooklyn Avenue April 4.
Merrick
A 1997 Acura was stolen from in front of a Sycamore Avenue residence April 4.
Plainview
Two 40-pound propane tanks were discovered stolen April 7 from Diversified Industrial Products on Skyline Drive.
Wantagh
A 2007 Ford Mustang on Cypress Street was stolen April 6.
Several vehicles on Austin Avenue and Willow, Cypress and Spruce streets, were discovered broken into April 6. Items stolen included a briefcase and a GPS unit.
Westbury
A SMART Board and computers were stolen from a school on Edgewood Drive April 5.
Four locations on Cottonwood, Cane, Cypress and East Cypress lanes were discovered marked with graffiti in red spray paint April 4.
A GPS unit, a radar detector, an iPod and sunglasses were discovered stolen April 4 from two vehicles parked on Birchwood Drive.
A rear window at Park Avenue School was discovered broken April 5.
A 1999 Honda Civic reported stolen in Suffolk County was recovered on Franklin Street April 6. The vehicle had been stripped.
ELSEWHERE
Albertson
Tires and rims were stolen from a vehicle on Nassau Drive on April 4.
Baldwin
A 2004 Honda motorcycle on Grove Street was stolen April 4.
Copiague
The license plate and bumper were removed from a vehicle on Beachview Street April 4.
East Garden City
Four tires on a vehicle parked in the Nassau Community College parking lot were punctured April 5.
East Norwich
A purse containing cash, credit and debit cards and a Long Island Rail Road pass was stolen April 4 from a vehicle parked in a driveway on Centre Avenue.
Garden City South
Two West Hempstead men, 18 and 20, were arrested for allegedly stealing a cell phone from a vehicle on Roxbury Road South April 8. They were also accused of damaging fences while fleeing police officers.
Glen Cove
A man and a woman, 34 and 36 respectively, were arrested April 5 on Valentine Street and charged with third-degree assault.
A 22-year-old man was arrested April 5 on Carney Street and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and leaving the scene of an automobile accident.
Jericho
A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle parked on North Broadway April 8.
New Hyde Park
A TV and a PlayStation were among items stolen from a Baer Place residence on April 7.
Oceanside
On April 4, the rear steel doors at Hoo King Chinese Restaurant on Long Beach Road were pried open and cash was stolen from the register.
Rockville Centre
A West Hempstead man, 49, was arrested on Old Mill Court April 7 and charged with grand larceny. He allegedly is seen on surveillance video stealing packs of razors from a CVS Pharmacy in East Rockaway in January.
