A Brentwood woman, 42, was arrested April 28 at the Kohls store on Crooked Hill Road and charged with petty larceny for stealing clothing.
Fort Salonga
A Woodfield Avenue resident came home April 28 to discover an unknown man wearing a hooded sweatshirt in the kitchen. The intruder fled the premises. Nothing was reported missing.
Hauppauge
The front door of a house on Veterans Memorial Highway was broken April 25.
Five propane tanks were reported missing April 28 from an outside storage unit at Dingman Data Systems on Engineers Road.
Huntington
A digital camera was discovered stolen April 27 from a vehicle parked on Nassau Road.
Huntington Station
Electronics items and jewelry were stolen from a house on Panorama Drive April 29. A ladder was used to gain entry to an unlocked second-floor bedroom window.
A Glen Cove woman, 44, was arrested April 28 at the CVS pharmacy on East Jericho Turnpike and charged with petty larceny and resisting arrest. She is charged with attempting to leave the store without paying for over-the-counter medications.
Kings Park
A bag, containing money and checks, was reported stolen April 29 from a 2008 Ford Explorer parked on Woodvale Avenue.
Lake Ronkonkoma
An Xbox gaming device was stolen from a Kay Street house April 25.
Nesconset
The rear passenger window of a 2009 Honda located in a residential driveway on Woodview Drive was broken April 25. A bag and a checkbook were reported stolen.
Northport
The rear window of a vehicle on Oelsner Drive was discovered damaged April 28.
Smithtown
Tires and rims were stolen from a 2009 Nissan located in the driveway of a Valleywood Road house April 25.
