ACTIONS

At its Aug. 3 meeting, the town board:

Authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement to temporarily waive certain covenants and restrictions to allow use of the property located on the northeast corner of Broadhollow Road and Pinelawn Road for the 2010 Schmitt's Farm fall festival daytime parking (SCTM# 0400-257-03-

009.005).

Authorized the supervisor to enter into a nonbinding memorandum of understanding with Mutualink for supply and installation of a communitywide interoperable communications pilot program.

Authorized execution of a contract of sale and appropriated funding necessary for contract and closing requirements for town acquistion of Marcinka property, Huntington Station, SCTM# 0400-094-03-046.00, re: Gateway Park.

Authorized execution of an agreement with H2M Group to conduct a present-condition evaluation of the Colby Drive elevated storage tank for the Dix Hills Water District.

Authorized amendment to the contract with VHB Engineering, Surveying and Landscape Architecture, PC, for additional engineering design and construction management services for the Huntington Station Revitalization Program- Route 110 Streetscape Project.

Authorized the town attorney to execute a stipulation of settlement in the matter of Morgan Creek Development, LLC, vs. the Planning Board of the Town of Huntington and the Town of Huntington, et. al., re: Dreamworks Homes in Fort Salonga.

Authorized the town attorney to retain the services of Precision Discovery, LLC, for its expertise in electronic discovery and computer forensic services, nunc pro tunc.

Authorized the Correction of Code Violations at various locations pursuant to the Code of the Town

of Huntington and/or the Uniform Codes of the State of New York.
