HUNTINGTON STATION: Carmela Fives requests lot frontage variance to apply to the Accessory Apartment Bureau to legalize an accessory apartment in the lower level of dwelling, on the east side of Lenox Road, north of Seventeenth Street.
HUNTINGTON STATION: Frank Relf, AIA, PC, requests area, lot width, front, side and combined side yard relief in order to erect one-story addition, renovate and legalize finished basement, remove cellar entrance, install two egress windows, demolish shed and replace expired permit for addition, on the north side of Howe Street, east of Depot Road.
ACTIONS
At its June 15 meeting, the town board:
Authorized the supervisor to execute a contract with Hilo Maintenance Systems, Inc., to furnish and install overhead doors.
Authorized the supervisor to execute a contract with ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation for the townwide elevator maintenance.
Authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement with the New York State Department of Education for the provision of funds for a summer food service program for Project P.L.A.Y./St. John's Camp 2010, nunc pro tunc.
Authorized the supervisor to execute a contract with Whitsons Food Service (Bronx) Corp. for the summer food service program for Project P.L.A.Y./St. John's Camp 2010.
Authorized the supervisor to execute an Intermunicipal Cooperation Agreement with the Board of Education of the Northport-East Northport Union Free School District, nunc pro tunc.
Authorized the supervisor to execute an agreement with the Incorporated Village of Northport for the purpose of receiving funds to provide youth services.
Authorized the supervisor to execute an amendment to the agreement with the Tri-Community and Youth Agency for the C.A.S.T. (Communities and Schools Together) Program.
