Huntington: Luigi Petrone,
L & J Realty Holding, LLC, requests special-use permit and parking variance to legalize outdoor dining; to legalize parking in a residental zone and within 10 feet of restaurant; outdoor dining area 3,000 square feet permitted, 8,587 square feet proposed, parking 186 required, 42 spaces provided, on the east side of New York Avenue, north
of Ketwemoke Avenue.
Huntington: Kevin Saasto requests variance to demolish existing garage and to erect a detached garage in front of the main dwelling with crawl space or basement and exceeding maximum height; legalization of part of a 10-foor retaining wall in front yard, and legalization of rear deck, on the west side of East Shore Road, north of Young's Hill Road.

Melville: Claire Zukerman requests legalization of tennis court fence with light posts 10 feet in height that are 1.7 feet from side yard and 5 feet from rear property line, and legalization of confirming wood deck adjacent to tennis court and wood deck partially at grade, on the northeast side of Twelve Pence Court, northwest of Wincott Drive.
