DIX HILLS: A-1 Building Permits, Vivian Mercurio requests front-yard variance to legalize an enclosed cellar entrance, detached shed,

rear-wood deck addition, conversion of breezeway to hallway/pantry with attached shed, conversion of attached garage to accessory apartment and basement for heated storage, on the southeast corner of Baldwin Path and Millet Street.

HUNTINGTON: James Haas requests lot-frontage and lot-width variances to maintain accessory apartment in the lower level, to legalize deck two feet from side yard and shed less than 1 square foot from side yard, on the north side of Crombie Street, east of Oakwood Road.

HUNTINGTON STATION: Angel Mata requests replacement of BP # 0930036 (1993) to maintain the raising of the roof of existing garage to allow height to existing storage area of detached garage and replace five rafter beams and add new garage doors, on the southwest corner of Ninth Avenue and Craven Street.

HUNTINGTON STATION: Christopher Garten, architect, requests front-yard relief in to legalize a rear one-story addition for enclosed basement entrance, leaving rear yard of 22.1 feet and replacement of expired permits for dwelling and unfinished basement.
