EAST NORTHPORT: Patricia and Joan McDonnell request front-yard relief to erect a 299-square-foot, roofed front porch, leaving a front yard setback of 16 feet, on the east side of Clive Place, north of Barry Drive.

HUNTINGTON: Frank Montero requests relief of accessory apartment requirements for lot frontage and lot area, and accessory-

structure cumulative floor-area relief to legalize detached garage and shed too close to the property line, shed to be moved to conforming location, on the south side of East Second Street, west of Lenox Road.

HUNTINGTON: Eman Properties requests front, side, rear and area variances to repair single-family dwelling damaged by fire; to construct a new two-car garage and rear second-story addition; to raise front roofline of second floor, and to construct proposed front porch, on the north side of Delamere Street, west of Manor Road.

NORTHPORT: Lisa and Thomas Lembo request lot-area, lot-width, rear-yard and long-street side yard variances to erect two-story addition, with a garage under one-family dwelling, to include total of six bedrooms; and seek to replace permit for shed in rear yard, shed for pool equipment and shed in front yard, on the northwest corner of Fresh Pond Road and Cousins Street.
