CENTERPORT: Toby Carlson requests accessory-structure relief to construct a 20-foot-by-40-foot, below-ground swimming pool and 30-foot-by30-foot detached cabana with plumbing in front yard of property with one-family dwelling under construction, on the south side of Daphne Lane, west of Laurel Hill Road.

DIX HILLS: Mitchell Reiffman requests accessory-structure relief to legalize a 10-foot, chain-link fence along rear and side for sport court located less than 10 feet from property line, on the northwest corner of Vanderbilt Parkway and Highfield Drive.

DIX HILLS: Danny and Susan Maiorino request a side-yard variance to legalize outside cellar entrance, on the southeast corner of McCormick Street and Prescott Avenue.

HUNTINGTON: Peter Pastorelli, c/o Value Drug, requests special-use permit to legalize building and existing retail establishment and install five apartments on proposed second floor, requiring parking relief, on the west side of Green Street, south of Main Street.

HUNTINGTON STATION: Marjorie Gurbuz requests legalization of three-story dwelling originally designated 1 1/2 stories; conversion of ground floor to habitable space; full bath, alteration of window dormers and raised deck attached to rear of dwelling to reinstate certificates of occupancy and permits, on the north side of West Tenth Street, west of Fifth Avenue.
