At its Jan. 12 meeting, the town board:
Authorized the execution of an agreement with the Huntington Community First Aid Squad, Inc. for emergency medical and ambulance services for the Huntington Community Ambulance District.
Authorized the execution of an agreement with the Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corp. for emergency medical and ambulance services to the Commack
Ambulance District.
Authorized the execution of an agreement with Holzmacher, McLendon & Murrell P.C. to provide annual engineering retainer services for 2010 for the Huntington and Centerport sewer districts.
Authorized the execution of an agreement with Holzmacher, McLendon & Murrell P.C. for 2010 annual retainer services for the Dix Hills Water District.
Authorized the execution of an agreement with H2M Labs, Inc., for the provision of 2010 annual laboratory services for the Dix Hills Water District.
Authorized the execution of an agreement with H2M Labs, Inc., to provide annual laboratory waste-
water analysis services for 2010
for the Huntington Sewer District.
Authorized the execution of an extension to the contract with Commander Power Systems, Inc., for maintenance of diesel generator equipment for the Town of Huntington Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Authorized the execution of an agreement with R&C Formation to provide monthly landfill gas monitoring and related engineering services for the East Northport landfill.
Authorized the comptroller to amend the 2010 operating budget for the Town of Huntington and its special districts and various
departments.
Authorized the town attorney
to continue the retention of legal counsel for the Dix Hills Water District.
