Centerport: Peter Otruba requests front-yard variance to legalize attached garage (previously attached shed and orginal letter in lieu) with storage above; to legalize detached shed; and to legalize covered porch rebuilt attached to side of dwelling, on the north side of Idle Day Drive, east of Little Neck Road.

East Northport: Anthony and Lisa Pino request legalization of in-ground swimming pool in the rear yard, 34 feet from the

long-street side yard and pool equipment 1.6 feet from the rear property line, and maintenance of prior nonconforming long-street side yard, on the southwest corner of Cedar Road and Seth Lane.
