Dix Hills: Kevin McCray, R.A., requests lot-area and side-yard variances on Lot No. 1 to subdivide existing lot into two lots and to maintain existing single-family dwelling on Lot No. 1 and to erect new dwelling on Lot No. 2, on the southwest corner of Oakfield Avenue and Baldwin Path.

Big Dougs Enterprises Llc, requests special-use permit to legalize current uses: too many horses; requires frontage for dairy use; relief for barn; fence too close to property line; nuisance use; parking; maintain barn, pen, petting zoo; sale of wood; storage of art and outdoor storage, on the southeast corner of West Jericho Turnpike and Plainview Road.

Huntington: The Black Lantern Inc., requests special-use permit

to convert existing food shop into restaurant and requests utilizing municipal parking lot for additional parking spaces, previous use was for seven spaces, new use requires 25 spaces, on the east side of Wall Street, north of Main Street.

Huntington Station: Robert McCarthy, Drafting Express Design Studio, requests front-yard, long-street side yard and side-yard variances to erect one and two-

story additions, garage addition, front covered porch and rear decks to single-family dwelling, on Peartree Lane.

Northport: Joseph Sanacore requests variance to erect a one-story, detached garage, 15 feet by 22 feet in front of the two-story, one-family dwelling, and

to maintain asphalt and gravel driveway less than five feet from the side yard, on the north side

of Makamah Beach Road, west of Makamah Road.
