CENTERPORT: James Tuechler requests side-yard variance to legalize rear and side decks, gazebo in front yard, and legalization of finished second-story attic and basement apartment, on the northwest corner of Adams Street and McKinley Terrace.

DIX HILLS: Marilyn Levy requests side-yard variance to legalize a one-car attached garage addition, total of three-car attached garage (previously a carport, granted ZBA # 14722), on the west side of Seward Drive, north of McCulloch Drive.

EAST NORTHPORT: Litbar, Inc./Michael McElwee, Jr. request special-use permit to legalize outdoor dining and use of premises as bar, requiring off-street parking, on the east side of Larkfield Road, about 50 feet north of Kew

Avenue.

GREENLAWN: Kenneth and Silvia Adair request front- and side-yard relief to extend existing attached two-car garage into front yard and construct front covered porch, and to legalize two sheds, one of which is too close to property line, on the east side of Savings Court, north of Clay Pitts Road.

MELVILLE: Thomas and Robin Ryan request long-street, side-yard and accessory-structure relief to legalize shed, cabana with awning, pool and pool equipment; to legalize awning in rear of dwelling and to legalize conversion of attached garage into living space, on the south side of Gaston Street and the west side of Earl Road.
