A power boat was taken from its slip on Browns River Road and recovered at another slip nearby. The boat suffered damage.

The screen on a boat docked at Browns River Road was discovered ripped May 27.

Blue Point

The bedrom window screen of a residence on Davis Avenue was cut May 26.

A burglar entered a house on Kinn Street on May 26 by removing a rear window screen. Jewelry and a wallet containing credit cards and cash were reported stolen.

A GPS unit was reported stolen May 24 from a 2010 Ford Explorer on Richlee Street.

East Islip

A burglar entered a house on Hercik Place, and stole a bike, cash and a bag of clothes May 25.

Holbrook

A 1993 Oldsmobile was reported missing May 26 from a location on Lisa Court.

Islip

Someone entered a Chicago Avenue residence through a rear bedroom window May 27, and stole assorted jewelry and cash.

Ronkonkoma

A barbeque propane tank was discovered stolen May 23 from the backyard deck of a house on Pamlico Avenue.

A spool of flat wire was discovered stolen May 26 from the yard of Delta Well & Pump on Union Avenue.

West Sayville

Someone entered a residence on Brook Street and stole a gun May 26.

ELSEWHERE

Commack

A 25-year-old Brentwood man and a 21-year-old Wyandanch man were arrested May 26 and charged with robbery, second degree for robbing an individual of cash and a cell phone at the Howard Johnson Express Inn on Moreland Road.

Hauppauge

The theft of cash from a vending machine at the Sheraton Hotel on Motor Parkway was discovered May 26.

Miller Place

A burglar entered McNulty's Ice Cream Parlor on North Country Road on May 23 by removing a panel of glass in the front door, and stole the store's cashbox.

North Patchogue

A video-game system, jewelry, coins and a laptop computer were stolen from

a house on Fry Boulevard on May 24.

Shirley

Copper pipe was reported missing May 27 from a residence on William Floyd Parkway.
