A burglar entered a residence on Connetquot Road and removed jewelry from the house April 5.

Brentwood

Graffiti was discovered on the IGA supermarket building on Clarke Street April 5.

Central Islip

A vehicle was vandalized April 4 at the Long Island Rail Road station at Suffolk and Lowell avenues.

Copper pipe was removed from a vacant house on Chestnut Street April 8. Entry was gained by breaking the door.

East Islip

A Jeep Liberty on Woodland Street was vandalized April 4.

Holbrook

A silver Pro-Flex mountain bicycle was stolen from the rear yard of a house on Smith Avenue April 4.

Lake Grove

A Brentwood man, 23, was arrested April 6 at Macy's in the Smith Haven Mall and charged with petty larceny. He is accused of stealing assorted items of clothing.

Oakdale

The window of a vehicle in the parking lot at Vanderbilt's Wharf Tavern on Vanderbilt Boulevard was discovered broken April 4. A pocketbook left inside the vehicle was reported stolen.

Ronkonkoma

A battery and an electric jack were stolen from the parking lot of a business on Raynor Avenue April 7.

Sayville

A pocketbook was stolen at the AMF Sayville Lanes on Route 27 April 4.

ELSEWHERE

Blue Point

A man was punched by another individual at the Dublin Down Tavern on Route 27A April 4. The victim suffered a broken nose.

Commack

An East Northport woman, 56, was arrested April 6 at Home Goods on Henry Street and charged with petty larceny. She allegedly stole merchandise.

On April 8, the driver of a red pickup truck pumped $20 of gasoline at the Hess station on Jericho Turnpike and fled without paying.

East Patchogue

A satellite radio was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on Durkee Lane April 4.

Farmingville

A Farmingville man, 18, was arrested April 4 on Birch Avenue and charged with fifth-degree arson for allegedly setting a couch on fire in a wooded area of Morris Avenue Park.
