At its June 16 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:
Bayport: Granted Robert E. and Lori Platin permission, as amended, to build a second-story addition with insufficient side yard, total side yards and floor-area ratio, south side of Browns River Road, west of Seaman Avenue.
Bay Shore: Granted Binod Singh permission to build two second-story additions with insufficient front and rear yards and a roofed-over entrance with insufficient front yard, and retain a cellar entrance with insufficient rear yard, northeast corner of Brook Street and Boston Avenue.
