At its Dec. 15 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:

Brentwood: Granted Kevin and Marianne Connors permission to retain an above-ground pool and hot tub with insufficient building separation, north side of Hewes Street, west of Washington Avenue.

Holbrook: Granted Raj J. Narine and Drupattie Narine permission to to retain an in-ground pool with insufficient side yard, east side of Lindsey Place, south of Furrows Road.

West Islip: Granted Ronald and Barbara J. Ulrich permission to retain an above-ground pool and deck with insufficient rear and side yards southwest corner of Graywood Court and Jumel Lane.
