At its Jan. 6 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:
Brentwood: Granted Hugo Morales permission to establish

Brentwood: Denied Juan Martinez permission to retain a one-story addition and a patio with insufficient side-yard setback, east side of Hilltop Drive, north of Sparrow Place.
