At its June 30 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:
Bay Shore: Granted 75 Clinton Realty LLC permission to retain a shed with insufficient front yard (through-lot) and side yard, east side of South Clinton Avenue, south of Linden Place (through-lot to Bay Avenue).
Bay Shore: Granted Vincent and Dawn Moore permission, with understanding, to retain an above-ground pool with insufficient side yard, and retain a shed with insufficient feet behind front line of dwelling and on side yard property, east side of Illinois Avenue, north of Idaho Avenue.
Central Islip: Granted Paul Ramsey permission to retain a retaining wall with insufficient side yard, north side of Apple Street, west of Wilson Boulevard.
