Bay Shore: Granted Barbara Doughty permission to renew a permit for three years, for a two-family, family-use only, east side

Brentwood: Granted Michael Ferrero permission to retain a one-story addition with insufficient side yard, north side of Jackson Avenue, east of Madison Avenue.

Brentwood: Granted Alredo and Noemi Saravia permission to renew a permit, for three years, for a two-family, family-use only, north side of Studley Street, east of Radcliff Drive.

East Islip: Granted Barbara Kasin permission, with specific condition,

to retain a deck with insufficient front yard, south side of East Madison Street, west of Division Avenue.

Fire Island: Denied Walter Kempf permission to build a one-story dwelling with insufficient height, east side of Seabay Walk, north of Maple Court, Kismet.

Holbrook: Granted Timothy and Adele Burns permission, to renew a permit, for three years, for a two-family, family-use only, south side of Inverness Road, west of Annadale Road.
