At its Nov. 17 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:
Bay Shore: Granted John B. Russell Jr. and Barbara Drechsel Russell permission to retain a second-story addition and deck with insufficient side yard, west side of Potter Boulevard, north of Chenango Drive.
Islip Terrace: Granted John A. and Marianne Flanagan permission to use dwelling for a two-family, for three years, family use only, north side of Oceanside Street, east of Montauk Avenue.
At its Dec. 9 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:
