At its Feb. 9 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:

Bay Shore: Granted David Ayoub permission, for three years, to establish an accessory apartment, south side of East Oakdale Street, west of Ocean Avenue.

Bay Shore: Granted Jacqueline Theresa Selva permission, for three years, to establish an accessory apartment, north side of Utica Street, east of Saint Louis Avenue.

Brentwood: Granted Victor

A. and Ana B. Villegas permission to retain a one-story addition and

a second-story addition with insufficient side yard and front yard, south side of Ocean Avenue, west of Fulton Street.

Holbrook: Granted Robert A. Ploetz permission to renew a permit, for three years, for a two-family, family-use only, south side of Westbridge Drive, west of Broadway Avenue.
