At its April 27 meeting, the Islip Zoning Board of Appeals:
Bayport: Granted Gina Zarrilli permission to retain a two-story dwelling with insufficient lot area and rear yard, east side of East Lane, south of Middle Road.
Bay Shore: Granted Anthony Yuli and Carrie Shroeder Jr. permission to build a two-story addition and a roofed-over porch and retain a shed with insufficient front and side yards, east side of Gardiner Drive, north of Bardolier Lane.
Bay Shore: Granted John and Rachele Zydor permission to retain a second-story addition with insufficient side yard, west side of Howells Road, south of Belmont Avenue.
