to north and south lot lines and increase garage area, west side of Wilson Avenue, south of Montauk Highway.
Copiague: Luis Marmol seeks to build a front porch and facade improvements with insufficient front-yard setback with roof overhang and stoop encroachment, east side of Prince Chico Street, north of Campagnoli Avenue.
Copiague: Ernest Saasto seeks to retain a one-story addition with insufficient front-yard setback
and north side yard, west side of Baylawn Avenue, north of Clarence Street.
West Babylon: Hertz Corp. seeks permission for outdoor storage of rental leasing cars in the front yard in connection with an existing building, south side of Route 109, west of Arnold Avenue.

West Babylon: Granted Powerhouse Motorcycles, Inc. (tenant)/Orange Partners, LLC (property owner) permission to renew a special-exception permit, for two years, to conduct a public garage as a motorcycle repair shop in connection with a portion of an existing building (previously approved for one year with condition), east side of Jersey Street, south of Patton Avenue.
