Murder case investigated; thief of watches sought
Nassau police and their Crime Stoppers department are looking for anyone with information on the murder of Lejeff Thomas in Hempstead.
Police say that about 12:15 p.m. on Sept. 20, Thomas, who was 27 years old, was stabbed several times in front of 105 Terrace Ave., and died a month later on Oct. 19 of the injuries he suffered during the attack.

Suffolk police and their Crime Stoppers department are looking for Carlos Miranda.
Police say that Miranda is wanted in connection with the theft of $30,000 worth of watches during a Miller Place home burglary.
